The development of E-waste forecasting model based on surveyed data is developed and utilized in predicting amount of E-waste in Thailand. Due to no tracked records on the appliances, forecasting model, based on users' behavior from surveyed data, was used to estimate amount of future wasted appliances for better planning and management. The survey was carried on 13 major appliances in Thai's households and organizations. The collected information includes total amount of local productions, import and export data, amount of household's appliance possession, life time of the appliances, handling methods at the end of life. The study shows that Distribution Delay Method with Weibull's distribution gives the best estimation outcome and is used in forecasting model. The Department of Pollution Control (PCD) of Thailand plans to utilize this model and surveyed information for strategic planning on the E-waste management in Thailand.
