In this paper, a full-duplex (FD) amplify-and-forward (AF) transmitter cooperative communication scheme is proposed for multiple access channel (MAC). In particular, two FD transmitters simultaneously transmit information to a common receiver and help each other's transmissions with the AF relaying scheme. By considering the accumulation of the residual self-interference and additive noise (RIAN)...
This paper studies the multi-tap canceller with imperfect self-interference (SI) channel state information (CSI),where the tap coefficients are calculated based on the estimated SI channel. The joint effect of the imperfect channel estimation and reconstruction errors on the estimated SI channel is analyzed in closed form to evaluate the performance of the channelaware canceller. With imperfect SI...
This paper proposes a simple hybrid decode- compress- and-forward and compress-and-forward (DCF&CF) relay scheme for the coordinated multipoint (CoMP) uplink transmission. In particular, we consider a scenario that two mobile users (MUs) transmit signal to two access points (APs), which are linked to the central unit (CU) via lossless capacity-limited fronthaul. To characterize the achievable...
Based on the measured interference power, the optimal location of the base station is obtained by minimizing the sum of the ratio of the interference power to the signal power for all interesting points in the downlink. Especially, a closed-form solution is derived when the path loss exponent is 2. The results show that the optimal base station location is closer to the major interference area.
