The formation of MoSe2 films during selenization process in CZTSe solar cells was investigated in this work It was found that these phases of Cu2Se, ZnSe, and Cu2SnSe3 did not react with Mo to form MoSe2 films. The SnSe2 vapor will promote the generation of MoSe2 films. The control of SnSe2 in the sample will be very important for effectively control the thickness of MoSe2 films.
We present the monolithic integration of deep-submicrometer complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) microchips with copper indium gallium (di)selenide (CIGS) solar cells. Solar cells are manufactured directly on unpackaged CMOS chips. The microchips maintain comparable electronic performance, and the solar cells on top show an efficiency of 8.4 0.8% and a yield of 84%, both values being...
Boron doped hydrogenated nanocrystalline silicon (nc-Si:H) thin films are deposited using layer-by-layer technique in radio frequency (RF) plasma enhance chemical vapor deposition system. Studies about the influence of gas pressure, RF power density and buffer layer in i/p interface on the microstructure and electrical properties of Boron doped nc-Si:H thin films have been carried out. The experimental...
