Gait training is one of main means of rehabilitation of lower limb disfunction. Nevertheless, the promotion of clinical gait training is inhibited by the professional skill and labor consumption of physiatrist. It is with great practical value to design an automatic rehabilitation equipment which could increase the effectiveness and quality of training progress, meanwhile reduce labor costs. In this...
This paper addresses the issue of frontal object perception in real-world traffic scenarios. Accurate and real-time frontal object perception plays a key role in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Intelligent Vehicles (IV). However, perceiving complex traffic environments, which contain multiple classes of on-road objects with various visual appearances from different viewpoints and partial...
A fully-integrated reconfigurable dual-band (760–960 MHz and 2.4–2.5 GHz) transceiver (TRX) for short range wireless communications is presented. The TRX consists of two individually-optimized RF front-ends for each band and one shared power-scalable analog baseband. The sub-GHz receiver has achieved the maximum 75 dBc 3rd-order harmonic rejection ratio (HRR3) by inserting a Q-enhanced notch filtering...
A 0.1–5GHz flexible software-defined radio (SDR) receiver is presented with three RF front-end paths (Main/Sub/HR paths). Main path and sub path can reject out-of-band blockers and harmonic interferences, and feature low NF and high linearity, respectively. Harmonic rejection (HR) path can effectively reject the harmonic interferences with simple calibration mechanism. Dual feedback LNA, class-AB...
A fully-integrated reconfigurable dual-band transceiver (TRX) is presented for short range wireless communication. The TRX has two independent RF front-ends for each band with a shared analog baseband to achieve optimum power and cost. In Sub-GHz (760–960MHz) band, the maximum 75dBc 3rd harmonic rejection ratio (HRR) is achieved by inserting a RFA with notch filtering. In 2.4GHz band, a single-ended-to-differential...
A 1.5–1.9GHz phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizer with automatic frequency calibration (AFC) and third-order Σ-Δ modulator for Sub-GHz wireless transceiver is presented. A LC VCO ranging from 1.5GHz to 1.9GHze is integrated on this chip to meet multiple protocols. The voltage controlled oscillator is designed with modified digital controlled capacitor array to extend tuning range while minimizing...
A 40GHz LC VCO, designed for 60G mm-wave WLANs, using TSMC 65nm CMOS process is presented. Fully differential structure, biasing filter technique improve the phase noise. Wide control voltage range is used to improve the tuning-range. Simulation shows that −100.8dBc/Hz phase noise is achieved at 1MHz offset. The tuning range of the VCO covers from 41.5GHz to 47GHz. The supply voltage is 1V.
