Maximization of the power of a photovoltaic system is essential to optimize the production of photovoltaic energy. Several studies have been conducted in recent years, developing efficient methods for photovoltaic power maximization. Among these methods we distinguish the intelligent control methods based on artificial learning such as artificial neural networks. In this paper we treated this method...
This paper presents an application of Direct Torque Control (DTC) drive scheme for a photovoltaic water pumping system. The photovoltaic panel is used to supply the inverter feeding the induction motor used to drive the water pump. The pumping system studied is presented and developed under Matlab/Simulink environment and results of simulation show high performances of the proposed model.
This work investigated the design of a simple and optimized solar photovoltaic water pumping system for lawn sprinkling, cleaning up with water and flushing toilets, on the site of the Faculty of Science and Technology of Mohammedia. Real meteorological data are taken into account for the system sizing. A 160W photovoltaic panel allow at the least 3.256 m3/day of water. A maximum power point tracking...
