Hydrothermal vent fluids play very important role in the deep-sea geochemistry cycle, and support the extreme biological communities. But, there are very few sensors can be used for the in situ measurement of the chemical compositions of the emerging vent fluids. The extremely high temperature and pressure will kill most of them. The traditional sampling technology cannot maintain the sample temperate...
The temporal response of a broadband, monolayer graphene photodetector based on the photothermoelectric effect is characterized. Pulse-coincidence and impulse response measurements indicate fast photodetection on the timescale of 10 ps.
Using hydrochloric acid and rare earth polymer coagulant mixing heating method, to prepare of a new type of rare earth polymer coagulant polymer coagulant (PRE). Through a single factor and cross experiments to find the best prepare conditions: the concentration of hydrochloric acid 2mol / L, reaction temperature 100°C, the amount of rare earth added 10g, reaction time 6h. Yellow River water for example,...
The precise mensuration is needed between the formation flying small satellites, where temperature change results in error measurement. It is a hard problem to compensate the error caused by temperature change. In this paper, we propose a new error mensuration method for the temperature coefficient, which can implement the mensuration of temperature coefficient under the observe noise. This will help...
A mobile TV tuner baseband for the newly established China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting (CMMB) is presented. The baseband VGA achieves more than 40 dB gain tuning with temperature compensation. The baseband filter provides 0.5 dB passband ripple and 35 dB attenuation at 6 MHz with the cutoff frequency at 4 MHz. In addition, the calibration of filter is reported to achieve the bandwidth accuracy...
This paper presents a BiCMOS frequency synthesizer covering frequency range from 500 MHz to 2175 MHz which is fully compatible with DVB-S application. The frequency synthesizer consists of monolithic VCOs, utilizing on-chip symmetric inductor, high speed CML divider built with high performance BJT, and can achieve -80 dBc/Hz, -100 dBc/Hz, -123 dBc/Hz phase noise at 1 KHz, 100 KHz and 1 MHz carrier...
We present a single-chip tuner RFIC for the newly established Chinese Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting (CMMB) standard. This mobile digital TV tuner covers the CMMB frequencies from 2.635 GHz to 2.660 GHz. Implemented in a 0.35 um SiGe technology with 4 mm2 die size, this tuner IC achieves noise figure of 2 dB, input sensitivity of -100 dBm, IIP3 of 17 dBm, and total power of 162 mW under a 2.8 V supply.
