The article deals with solution of the problem of adaptive data compression based on the binomial binary numbers. There has been given appropriate algorithms for their preparation and accounts, which solve the assigned problem by converting binomial numbers into binary ones and vice versa.
The article concerns the use of permutations as the error-correcting code. Assessment of structural redundancy of permutations is made. Based on the analysis of errors occurring in the process of the permutations transfer, the rate of detected errors in the code on permutations is studied.
