In this work we introduce and analyze a new class of nonlinear filter which have their roots in aggregation operators theory. We show that a large body of non-linear filters proposed to date is a separate subset of Aggregation Filters.
In this work, a new class of nonlinear filters called vector median aggregation filters for multispectral image processing is introduced and applied to the color image filtering problem. These filters are based on an arbitrary pair of aggregation operators and a selection rule. We show that a large body of vector median filters proposed to date constitute a proper subset of new vector median aggregation...
The possibility of using HF-band synthetic aperture radar to detect buried objects from aboard of aircraft in on-line flight mode is experimentally demonstrated. The procedure of synthetic aperture in decameter radio waves is considered due to reflected signal coherent (regular) component availability.
A new method of digital signal processing by smart antennas (SA), enabling to obtain an image of the object with angular super-resolution, is theoretically justified. The method is based on the extrapolation of the signals received by each element of the SA outside the array aperture. This allows introducing new virtual emitters and thus synthesizing much larger antenna array. The method is tested...
A new method of digital radar signal processing for solving remote sensing, which allows obtaining two-dimensional images of objects with superresolution is presented. The method is based on solving linear integral equation of the first kind of two-dimensional convolution type by algebraic methods.
Disturbance, caused by a solar flare, is accompanied with the radio emission of falling down frequency, affects the biosphere and influences on operation quality of many devices of surface and space equipment. The presence of heterogeneity on the way of radio waves results in the origin of interference and scintillation of observed radio emission. Comparison of analytical description of scintillation...
The results of the analysis of climatic anomalies on the Crimean peninsula on daily measurements of NASA satellites climatic parameters in extreme points of Crimea, Simferopol and Kara Dagh for the period of 1983???2005 years are presented. In order to compare the trends calculated, whose analysis reveals an abnormal growth of the earth's temperature and insolation on a horizontal surface to claim...
The present paper concerns the results of investigation of the second type diabetes and sugar-reducing drugs influence on the dielectric parameters of erythrocyte suspensions of patients, rabbits, rats by microwave dielectrometry at 9.2 GHz. This method is a promising method for integrated assessment of the structural changes of water properties in the interface erythrocyte-water, and can be recommended...
Layered nanoheterostructures of nanoporous anodic aluminum oxide / metal-polymer coordination compound / clusters of few-walled carboxylated carbon nanotubes type are proposed. Their biosensibility and biocompatibility are shown. ECIS-impedance sensor coated with such nanoheterostructures operates on quantum effects of the spontaneous polarization and the quantization of the Maxwell-Wagner polarization...
The investigations of the current-voltage characteristics (CVC) of InSb nanowire arrays with diameter of 40 nm and a high aspect ratio of length to diameter (???1000) formed in the matrix of anodic alumina (AA) is given. Presented CVC's have a nonlinear view on their three parts with varying degrees of nonlinearity. The maximum current value in the nanowire arrays is up to 27 A/cm2 at voltage about...
The boundary problem of diffraction electromagnetic waves on two-dimensional periodic metal gratings has been solved with taking into account finite permittivity of metal in the optic range. The suggested technique is based on approach of approximate boundary conditions for thin dielectric layers. It is pointed out that dependence of magnitude of a scattered field on wavelength has resonant behavior...
The present paper concerns the studies of the peculiarities of morphology, elemental composition and optical properties of semiconductor nanoparticles Cu2ZnSnSe4 synthesized by a colloidal method by transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray and optical spectroscopy.
We report on synthesis and photoluminescence of sol-gel derived terbium doped strontium titanate on monocrystalline silicon and in the porous anodic alumina matrix. The microstructure and morphology of the samples are analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope analyses. The thickness of the spin-on films deposited on silicon is about 115 and 170 nm due to the annealing temperature...
The paper describes the experimental device for measuring the electrical properties of the radio materials in a wide band of frequency. New method for processing results with the time-frequency signal filtering was obtained. The measurement results for the set-web space reflector antennas.
This article presents the results of EBG- bandpass filter study. This filter based on a microstrip line with perforation in its screen. It is shown that the defect (reduction of the central elements width) can decrease bandpass losses. Good agreement between theoretical calculations and measurements for EBG-filter with a defective structure is demonstrated.
The problem of electromagnetic waves radiation into a space outside a perfectly conducting sphere through a narrow slot, cut in an end-wall with an impedance end-wall with losses of a semi-infinite rectangular waveguide, excited by a wave of H10 type is solved using a rigorous self-consistent formulation. The asymptotic solution of the integral equation for a magnetic current on the aperture of slot...
The results on the design of a broadband microstrip antenna are presented. This antenna provides high gain in the frequency band of 8 ??? 12 GHz. A feature of this configuration is the use of short-segment rectangular waveguide as an integral part of the antenna.
The present paper concerns in-band interference level reduction by means of a spatial adaptive filtering algorithm. The results of measurements standard deviation phase of navigation signals in noise conditions using adaptation algorithm are presented.
