Findings from a survey of professionals and their use of Voice to Text Applications as part of the writing process are presented. Results indicate the use of these apps is growing among professionals, including a trend of the use of VtoT for shorter writing. The effects of the use of these apps on the writing produced show mixed results. Implications for further research are indicated.
