Welcome to the 34th IEEE Conference on Local Computer Networks (LCN). It has been our privilege to coordinate the review process and put together a high quality technical program. This year LCN received 188 regular full-length (up to 8 pages) and 24 short (up to 4 pages) submissions. Every submitted paper received at least three reviews. Most papers have been evaluated by 4 TPC members.
