In this paper is presented a sociometric study with three orientation: in the first place, the teacher should know the affinities expressed by the members of the group and, implicitly, the relationships within the collective; in the second place, students should have a better knowledge of their positions within the group; and in the third place, but not least, the relationships and the psychosocial climate should be enhanced in the school group by specific psychological actions. The research of this paper was carried out on a group of 20 students aged between 9 and 10 years, thus, investigating the interpersonal relationships of preferential nature in order to establish the students' position within the group.
