Around the world Tiliae inflorescentia has been used in traditional medicine and nutrition, because of its beneficial properties. The current study is aimed to optimize of extraction yield of selected polyphenols from inflorescence of linden, that play an important role in nutrition and health-promotion. Ultrasound-assisted extraction (USAE), accelerated solvent extraction (ASE), microwave-assisted extraction (MAE), Soxhlet extraction (SE) and heat reflux extraction (HRE) were used in the experiment. The highest efficiency of extraction demonstrated USAE. The analysis was performed by high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector (HPLC-DAD). The methods were validated in terms of accuracy, precision LOD and LOQ.
