(In1−xErx)2O3 ternary alloys are grown on A‐plane sapphire wafers by plasma‐assisted molecular beam epitaxy. The layers crystallize in the cubic bixbyite structure with axis aligned parallel to the substrate normal. The d‐spacing of the {111} lattice planes linearly increases with increasing the Er molar fraction in accordance with Vegard's law. Incorporation of Er in the In2O3 matrix is accompanied...
The paper presents SEE test results of electronic components foreseen to be used in the satellite equipment. They were provided to determine electronic components hardness level and also SETs studying and techniques to record them.
The paper presents results of COTS and industrial electronic components SEE tests. Tests were provided to estimate electronic components for space missions. The article consists of experimental data compilation obtained at the Roscosmos (JSC ISDE) Test Facility IS OI-A (400M) based on cyclotron U- 400М of FNRL JINR.
This paper presents the results of experimental investigation on spectrum of powerful 4-mm pulses generated by a planar free electron maser with a hybrid resonator and an optimized wave deflector at the ELMI-device. The measured spectrum of the radiation is in accord with the results of computer simulations and ≪cold≫ measurements of the resonator spectral properties.
The novel scheme of separation of the mm-wave radiation from the intense electron beam using planar Bragg wave transformer, is suggested and realized. In the experiments at the planar FEM with the new scheme of separation, the generation of powerful 4-mm radiation pulses was observed. The duration of these pulses is increased in two times in comparison with the old scheme of the beam dump and has...
