Background
EUS‐guided fine‐needle aspiration (FNA) has long been the main method for sampling pancreatic lesions. Recently, the method of fine‐needle biopsy (FNB) was introduced in practice, allowing for the acquisition of tissue cores while aspirating the lesion.
