We present the ultrashort pulse generation of sub-300 fs from a mode-locked Erbium doped fiber laser by using spin-coated graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide saturable absorbers deposited onto polished surface of D-shaped optical fibers.
We present the ultrashort pulse generation of 250 fs from a mode-locked Erbium doped fiber laser by using mechanically exfoliated graphite saturable absorbers deposited onto side-polished surface of a D-shaped optical fiber.
We present, as far as we know, the shortest pulse generated in an EDFL mode-locked by the use of graphene monolayer on a D-shaped fiber. The pulse has 147 fs and 30 nm of bandwidth.
We demonstrated an Erbium-doped fiber laser operating simultaneously in two distinct regimes, CW and active mode-locking at 1.8 GHz with pulses of 38 ps. The lasers wavelengths can be tuned in both regimes.
