The base station positioning system is a complement and supplement to GNSS. Unlike GNSS, the parameters of channels between base stations and receivers are random, which causes problems in signal capturing. In this paper, a method of parallel residual carrier frequency searching (PRCFS) is introduced, which can capture the residual carrier frequency in random channel quickly and accurately.
