Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor is widely used for its high precision and real-time analysis. In this paper, SPR biosensor based on the hybrid structure of metal–indium tin oxide (ITO)–WS2 are proposed and investigated. By optimizing the thickness of metals (Au, Cu, Ag), ITO and WS2, the reflectivity of 2.932 × 10−7 a.u and highest phase sensitivity of 1.711 × 106 deg/RIU are obtained by...
In this paper, a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor based on the hybrid structure of silver (Ag)-indium tin oxide (ITO)-graphene is proposed and investigated. SPR biosensors are subdivided into three kinds of structures Ag, Ag-graphene, and Ag-ITO-graphene, when carried out using their respective optimized structure parameters. According to our analysis and comparison, the ITO-assisted SPR biosensor...
We propose a new design of 25-GHz flat-top multichannel optical filter. The flat-top of optical filters can improve to 2.288×10-11dB which is superior to that of 5 orders of previous study. The superior performance of dispersion and channel spacing isolation improve 73.5% and 94%, respectively, which compared with previous study.
Mesoporus silica dielectrics, which revealed low refractive index (n~1.26), were introduced together with Si3N4 layers to be double-layer-based graded-refractive-index anti- reflectors for silicon solar-cells. Enhanced solar-light transmission increased conversion efficiency of Si solar panels by 4%. The degradation in photovoltaic efficiency of solar panels that were covered with Si3N4/MS anti-reflectors...
