Techniques have been developed for forming integrated graphene structures on a silicon wafer surface by mechanical and chemical splitting and chemical vapor deposition. The imperfection of the fabricated structures has been investigated by atomic force microscopy and X-ray diffraction. For the aerosol technique of deposition of mechanically spit graphite, the regularity has been revealed in the reduction...
A repetitively pulsed solid-state laser system with a new version of a pulse compression scheme based on stimulated Brillouin scattering is proposed. The scheme allows us to work in a wide energy range from 100 mJ to several Joules, with a compressed pulse as short as 150–300 ps.
