The paper reviews a circuit method of minimization of the influence of the unity gain frequency (f1) of the operational amplifiers (OA) on the main parameters of the RC-filter (of the selective amplifier, SA) with the Rauch's architecture. This article reviews the circuit methods for the construction of the temperature-stable voltage references with the use of base of npn-type and pJFET transistors.
