DC-DC converters are used as secondary power sources. There are many different topologies of such converters, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages. It is also possible to combine them in order to ensure a more reliable power supply. This paper presents the new scheme of multiple port DC-DC converter and its simulation results in three operating modes.
This paper proposes a novel inverter for four-wire systems. The number of used transistors is reduced in a Z-source inverter with neutral point as compared with known schemes of Z-source inverter for four-wire systems. It increases reliability and efficiency. The scheme operation is verified by simulation.
Dual Z-Source inverter is considered. Simulation results of the aircraft variable-speed/ constant frequency power generation system with dual Z-source inverter are presented. The system is compared to that with the Pulse-Width Modulated (PWM) voltage source inverter.
The Dual Z-Source inverter scheme with improved quality of the produced voltages is considered. Simulation results of the converter as a part of the aircraft variable-speed/ constant frequency power generation system are presented. The considered scheme is compared to that consisting of a Pulse-Width Modulated (PWM) voltage source inverter and a dc-dc boost converter.
This paper presents dual Z-source inverter, which can improve quality of output voltage. The paper also presents the simulation results of dual Z-source inverter for aircraft power generation.
This paper proposes the circuit of the mining starting unit based on semiconductor electric power converter. The modeling results for operation of this circuit are presented.
In this paper the generation system of electric energy for the aircrafts is observed that bases on a principle of changing an equivalent magnet gap in the synchronous generator with constant magnets (PMSM) excited by changing consumed reactive current by a 3-phase voltage source inverter (VSI). Such system, which generates energy with two principal parameters - double range of frequency deviation...
The paper proposes some results of developing and examination of a power generation system of alternating current for autonomous unit. Experimental results of examination are presented in the paper.
