A green up-conversion laser system with erbium-doped LiLuF4 crystal was demonstrated. A cavity for 549 nm laser, using the laser cavity set-up, a green lasing at 75mW was achieved.
A self mode-locked ring cavity laser system with Yb-doped fiber without any external modulation was demonstrated. This mode locked laser operated by pulse-pump and laser wavelength is 1064nm with pulse duration 226ps, 6MHz repetition rate.
An all-fiber passively Q-switched 1530-nm erbium doped fiber laser was demonstrated. This absorber was a simple ring cavity composed‥ Sequential 1530-nm Q-switched laser pulses with 77.5-KHz repetition rate, 377-nJ pulse energy, Q-switched duration of 3µs.
A self mode-locking (SML) ring cavity laser system with the Yb-doped fiber (YDF) was demonstrated. When the gain fiber was disturbed, the phenomenon of SML was observed. The system can produce the laser pulse width which is smaller than 1 ns without any modulation process such as polarization controller and dispersion compensation.
Passive synchronization is demonstrated between the self-similar Yb-fiber and the stretched-pulse Er-fiber mode-locked lasers. The pulse repetition rates of the two mode-locked lasers can keep locked when multiple-pulse bound states or periodic pulse collisions occur.
In this paper, a novel inductor with the S-shape layout is considered, designed and proposed to improve the drawbacks of the conventional spiral inductors. Due to the inherent feature of S-shape layout, the EM field distributions of the novel inductor are more constrained to the planar structure itself, rather than widely out-spread. The EM coupling effect through the substrate is thus relaxed. A...
