In this study, the magnetic properties of Mn1-xCoxGe compounds such as dc magnetization, Curie temperature and saturation magnetization are presented. An anomalous comparatively high magnetic moment is observed in MnFe0.2Co0.8Ge. The magnetocaloric effect (MCE) such as magnetic-entropy change was investigated using magnetization.
The magnetic susceptibility of ferromagnetic GdM alloys (M=Cu_{1-x}Ga_{x}, Mg, Zn) has been investigated under helium gas pressure for temperatures above T_{C}.
