This paper presents a mobile ferrograph system for measurement of magnetic parameters of ultrahigh permeability alloys. The structure of developed system is described, as well as exemplary measurement results of Co67Fe3Cr3B12Si15 alloy used in space applications are presented.

The results of the experimental study of compensation coil constant dependence on the excitation field amplitude of fluxgate sensor (FGS) at different types of compensation field non-uniformity are presented. It is shown that the optimal shape of the compensation field non-uniformity allows essentially reducing this dependence.
