We report a study of Bi2Te3 films synthesized by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method on amorphous glass substrates. The Bi2Te3 films with metallic or semiconducting behavior were prepared. The magneto-transport property in Bi2Te3 films with different level of resistivity was studied. These films exhibit a classical linear magneto-resistance effect which is controlled by the resistivity level.
This paper investigated pH measurements using ZnO based Surface Acoustic Wave Resonator (SAW). The resonant frequency of the SAW decreased as pH changed from 7 to 2 (acid region) or from 7 to 12 (alkaline region). This abstract describes room temperature ozone sensing using a ZnO based film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR). The resonant frequency of the FBAR decreased upon ozone exposure due to the density increase of the ZnO film.
