Virtual geographic environments related to dynamic processes contribute to a human understanding of the real world. The results of growth simulations provide good estimations of the future status of forests, but they are typically expressed in plain text summaries, tables or static displays, making it difficult to analyse, understand and further apply the forecast data. The objectives of this study...
In order to change rudder angle of the models in the wind tunnel test, a rudder control system (RCS) based on CAN bus was designed. Through the rudder angle regulating by the feedback of Linearity variable differential transducer (LVDT), the RCS achieves high precision control. We present the makeup, principle, and design of hardware and software of RCS. According to the wind tunnel test, the RCS...
Based on intensive study of CAN & TCP/IP protocol, an active atmospheric boundary layer(ABL) simulator for wind tunnel test was developed, the multi-axes in-phase and multi-locomotion control was achieved. The experiment results show that the high controlling precision, fast responses, good performance and stability can be found in this system.
