JESD204B is the newest industry standard used as the high-speed interconnection between data converter and digital signal processor, which supports serial data transfer rate up to 12.5 Gbps. According to the function requirements for 8B10B decoder in JESD204B protocol, a quad_byte parallel processing method is proposed which can reduce operating frequency of decoding circuit significantly thus result...
In this paper, an adaptive two-direction pitch tracking algorithm for multiband excitation (MBE) vocoder is proposed. Instead of the multiple constraint equations, a difference inequation is constructed. The adaptive adjusting model of the difference threshold is established by utilizing the information including voicing decisions, pitch estimate, and multiple pitch error identification of the previous...
A novel algorithm of designing polynomial interpolation filter as anti-imaging filter is presented. The proposed algorithm is based on linear programming techniques and it is easy to implement. Results indicate that the proposed algorithm can achieve maximum attenuation in imaging-band. Furthermore, it is flexible to adjust the frequency response of polynomial interpolator according to different specifications.
A novel algorithm of designing root-raised cosine (RRC) filters for data transmission application is presented. This algorithm is based on optimal equiripple design technique and the linear equations obtained from adjacent channel interference (ACI) and inter-symbol interference (ISI) constraints. Results indicate that the proposed algorithm can reduce ACI, ISI and signal-distortion. Furthermore,...
