Gadbury’s published diary ‘Nauticum Astrologicum…’ covers 32 years of daily London weather from 1668–1700, in manuscript at the Bodleian library, Oxford. Transcription to spreadsheets has allowed the analysis of weather trends using about 41 weather terms.
