Abstract: Phagedenic ulcer is usually associated with infections due to staphylococcus, pseudomonas, streptococcus or fusospirochete in immunocompromised individuals. We report, for the first time, two cases of phagedenic ulcers in infants caused by Klebsiella pneumonia species.
