This paper presents a general model of dual infeed HVDC system applying VSC-HVDC, which can be used as an element in large multi infeed HVDC system. The model may have different structure under different grid faults because of the action of breakers. Hence power flow of the system based on this model is analyzed under steady state and different kinds of grid fault transient situations. Two main control...
Since the late 1990s, numerous governments have made huge investments in electronic government services. The rise of these services has led to a concurrent need to develop models of customer satisfaction of e-government services. This study aims to establish an e-government customer satisfaction measurement model from the behavioral perspectives of users. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)...
With the popularization of digital products in modern society, the present popular software interface cannot meet individualized needs of customers. So the customization of the interface image has become a new trend. This paper will conduct a systematic study of graphic interface from the viewpoint of user's experience by employing chart analysis and color vision-related theories, elaborate the interactive...
In the optimum design of electromagnet, it is important to analyze the dynamic behaviors. The electromagnet is always used in stable operation, but it did not achieve the maximum efficiency. In this paper, it has proposed an electromagnetic system with double coils design methodology, which has applied Finite Element Method (FEM). The objective of design and analyses the electromagnet has achieve...
Materials handling of a cross-docking center under retail distribution environment is complicated and labour intensive. Managers are usually under enormous pressure to optimize the staff shifts, inbound schedules and operating rules to minimize handling costs while ensuring just-in-time shipments. In this study, a discrete-event simulation model is developed to understand and validate the operation...
Model Driven Development (MDD) refers to the systematic use of models as primary engineering artifacts throughout a software development life cycle. In recently years, MDD has been increasingly employed to guide development with a focus on system modeling, code generation from models and white-box analysis of models. However, compositional system analysis regarding early Non-Functional Aspects/Properties...
A hardware electrical design for reliability process is presented that uses extensive modeling and simulation to provide key information for design, component engineering, and reliability engineering to build robust designs that demonstrate design margin, identify critical features for operations (e.g. supply chain and final test), and enable predictive reliability. The methodology integrates reliability...
There is a key problem that how brain uses the properties of synaptic dynamics to implement its macro-functions. The dynamic synapse model made by J. S. Liaw and T. W. Berger provided an example of implementing speech recognition function with dynamic synaptic mechanisms. The emergence mechanisms of recognition function in the dynamic synapse model are qualitatively analyzed in this paper. The nonlinear...
By analyzing the causes and influencing factors of carbonation of concrete, the RBF neural network model for predicting carbonation depth of concrete is founded. And actual data is analyzed through an example and results are compared with the BP network model. The testing results show that RBF network model for predicting carbonation depth of concrete can become a new effective assessment model with...
In this paper, an analytical 2D current model of Double-Gate Schottky-Barrier MOSFETs (DG SB MOSFETs) is developed, which takes the advantage of the 2D potential distribution. Simulation results have shown that current density undergo notable changes along the channel depth directions, indicating that Ids and Vth calculated by 2D current model achieve a better accuracy than Surf model.
