Résumé Nous montrons, dans ce travail comment, en utilisant des techniques d'Analyse Microlocale, il est possible de localiser les discontinuités d'une fonction f, connaissant les points où sa transformée de RADON n'est pas régulière. Les résultats obtenus servent à justifier des algorithmes „géométriques“ de reconstruction en Tomographie médicale 2D ou 3D que nous mettons au point actuellement.
