Ekstrakt z morszczynu pęcherzykowatego (Fucus vesiculosus) został otrzymany metodą ekstrakcji nadkrytycznej w temp. 50°C oraz pod ciśnieniem 300 bar. Wykonano analizę otrzymanego ekstraktu pod kątem obecności fukosterolu. Analiza ilościowa metodą chromatografii nadkrytycznej wykazała obecność fukosterolu w ilości 8,06% mas.
