This paper describes a novel approach towards the behavioral modeling of LNA in SIMULINK environment. The model is helpful to study the design parameters of LNA according to RF front-end architectures. The proposed LNA model is also useful to analyze the effect of gain, noise and nonlinearity etc. For validation, we also designed an LNA circuit in ADS software for S-band applications and found good...
