Is investigated two-zone thyristor AC voltage regulator with capacitor divider. Analytical calculation of currents and voltages first harmonic effective values of singlephase thyristor AC voltage regulator is shown. Waveforms of output voltage and current obtained as a result of the experiment with the two-zone thyristor regulator model are offered.
The digital control system of three-phase two-zone thyristor AC voltage regulator is considered and analyzed. This system has been assembled on the base of microcontroller Atmel AVR Atmega128A. The system of automatic control and protection system of current to prevent the regulator from the transition to emergency mode is proposed. The results of developing control system model are presented.
