In the work is shown the possibility of creation of the Faraday rotator based on two planar-oriented magneto-optical film elements for modulating the planes of polarization of the two light beams with wavelengths of 1310 and 1550 nm with an angular amplitude of ±45°.
We considered the possibility of the creation of Faraday rotator for optical switch on the basis of ferrite-garnet film with the "angular phase" magnetic anisotropy.
