A novel, simple, and sensitive method for the determination of jujuboside A in rat plasma using liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) was developed. Following solid-phase extraction, measurement of jujuboside A was performed by negative ion electrospray ionization (ESI) in multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The limit of detection was 1.25ng/mL, and the lower limit...
Stream data can often show abrupt changes over time. It is very critical to analyze and predict the trends autonomously on time in the continuous, high speed and variable stream data environment. In this paper, we discuss the Autonomous Real-time Clustering Evolution Tracking algorithm which integrate the fractal cluster technique, self-adaptive sampling technique with the restriction of computing...
A novel two-dimensional (2-D) accelerometer based on three fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) has been developed. Both the magnitude and the direction of the acceleration can be detected simultaneously. Preliminary experimental results show that high sensitivity of 1.23 nm/(m??s-2) and resolution of 0.0008 m/s2 have been achieved. Furthermore, it is insensitive to temperature variations.
A novel FBG tilt sensor is proposed to detect the tilt angle by using two FBGs. High sensitivity and resolution has been achieved and the temperature effect has been eliminated completely.
A two-dimensional (2-D) inclinometer based on three optical fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) is proposed and demonstrated. Preliminary experiments show that a high measurement sensitivity of 192 pm/° and resolution of 0.005° can be achieved and this sensor is proved to be insensitive to temperature.
A novel two-dimensional (2-D) tilt sensor based on three optical fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) is proposed and demonstrated. Preliminary experiments show that a high measurement sensitivity of 64 pm/° and resolution of 0.016° can be achieved and this sensor is insensitive to temperature.
