In this paper, a flow rate measurement equipment was proposed. It is based on Ultrasonic Doppler technology and mainly used in drilling liquid. The hardware design process is introduced. A set of experiment was carried out to prove it's efficiency. Data analysis shows that the Ultrasonic Doppler technology can be well used in the drilling liquid flow rate measurement.
