The complexity of IC (Integrated Circuit) design increases as semiconductor fabrication miniaturizes. Assembly of the reusable basic components of the IC design process has become valuable in accelerating development and marketing of new IC applications. As a result, the idea of SIP (Silicon Intellectual Property) has emerged to meet this demand. The purpose of this paper is to develop a SIP valuation...
Effects of charge doping on thermal diffusivity have been investigated in double perovskite ferromagnetic Sr2–xLaxFeMoO6 (0 ≤ x ≤ 0.4) by means of the mirage effect at 300 K (≪ the critical temperature Tc ∼ 420 K). Substitution of the La3+ ions for the Sr2+ ions significantly increases the value of the thermal diffusivity from 0.39 cm2 · s−1 at x = 0 to 0.54 cm2 · s−1 at x = 0.4. The increased thermal...
This paper presents the experimental study of a miniaturized surface acoustic waves (SAWs) rotary motor and the theoretical calculation. After the first success in SAW rotary motor operating at 9.85 MHz, a smaller rotary motor is designed. With the operating frequency of 30 MHz and the driving voltage of 120 V p-p , the motor can rotate at a speed of 270 rpm.
The objective of this article is to investigate the permeation characteristics of several polydispersed macromolecules through the asymmetric and the particulate poly (ethylene-co-vinyl alcohol) (EVAL) membranes. The solutes in examination include two nonionic solutes, dextran and polyethylene glycol (PEG), and one anionic solute, sodium polyacrylate (SPA). The ultrafiltration results indicate that...
