The multiwave numerical model of magnetron type amplifiers (amplitrons, stabilitrons, forward-wave and backward-wave amplifiers with drift space) is described. This model allows describing the process of “working” signal amplification and excitation of oscillations side types caused by multiple input and output reflections of high-frequency waves. It is shown that the registration of possible self-excitation...
This paper presents various algorithm of digital scanning probe microscopy probe-sample distance control. The characteristics of classical and modified proportional integral-differential algorithms (PID) were compared. The presented modified algorithm has been successfully tested in our digital scanning probe microscope control unit.
In article considered movement of a charge in the crossed electric and magnetic fields. The typical trajectory corresponding chaotic fluctuations is resulted. It is analyzed with wave spectrum of time realization spatial coordinate at a chaotic mode of fluctuations.

The basic conceptions of stereo projections processing: epilines, epipoles, essential and fundamental matrixes are described. The algorithms for a fundamental matrix computation from the correspondent point coordinates of stereo images are discussed. The efficiency of a robust algorithm is illustrated by a practical example
The results of study of metal-alloyed palladium-barium emitters' of modern very high frequency high-powered electronic vacuum tubes by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy (STM/STS) are presented. Since the Pd/Ba foil surface is fairly smooth and is not oxidized in air STM/STS investigations are carried out in air in normal laboratory environment. SEM and...
