Valsalva sinus aneurysm (VSA) is a rare heart disease, which is most frequently congenital. Even though it can be asymptomatic, there is a danger of expansion and rupture resulting in heart failure.Our case report discusses a 25-year-old male without any significant medical history, being evaluated for dyspnea and fever. Right Valsalva sinus rupture was diagnosed and the patient was treated surgically.
