The etiology of cat scratch disease is a topical issue ; Flavimonas oryzihabitans septicaemias are rare, and are usually suppressed quickly by antibiotics. For these reasons, it seems interesting to report the case of a cat scratch disease complicated by a nosocomial Flavimonas oryzihabitans septicaemia which was hard to check by antibiotherapy.
