A novel integrated implementation of a high step-down multiphase buck for low voltage power supply is presented. The design and test chip measurements of a [10.8,16]V to [0.65,2]V, 2A, 10MHz, 25.6mW/mm2, four-phases single-chip solution are presented with considerations on architecture, passive components, problems related to high frequency integration and relative improvements on power density. The...
This work investigates a step-up topology derived from the Zeta converter: the ZetaBoost. A ZetaBoost converter design for consumer applications is presented and its steady-state performances are compared to a classical Boost converter with the support of computer simulations and measurements. The results presented include the efficiency and output voltage ripple.

This paper presents the design of a scalable multichannel digital platform suitable for a waveform-agile radar. At first the purpose of the design is explained following the status of research on software-defined radar at MTSR. Afterwards a description of the proposed system architecture is given. Finally some preliminary results obtained on a prototype of the platform are shown.
