We demonstrate the quantum noise limited perfor-mance of an optical version balanced detector along with a phase modulation. The ultra-small phase resolution is realized by this interferometric configuration due to double sideband suppressed carrier (DSB-SC) and dark fringe operation.
We demonstrate an optical technique to achieve balanced detection where single photoreceiver is allowed instead of two. By allocating more optical power to the probe beam, the DC background and the signal amplitude of the photocurrent became very small simultaneously under ultra-small differential phase condition so that the dark fringe operation was also achieved.
In this paper, a low noise and robust test scheme for 3D stacked integrated circuits based on modified standard IEEE 1149.4 has been proposed. Through the modified standard, this novel test scheme can be more robust to fulfill the microsystem integration requirements. This test scheme also makes the analog pins more observable and testable during and after the integration. The proposed test scheme...
Due to the miniaturization of a variety of consumer and communications electronics, the layout and trace routing of circuits and components become much denser than ever before. Meanwhile, with the development of IC technologies advancing toward nano-meter processing node and higher operating frequencies in recent years, the systems of highly integrated high-speed digital circuits are now facing the...
