Electrical dc conductivity and relative dielectric permittivity (1 kHz, 0.05–35 MHz) of SiO2-based porous materials containing squarylium, polymethine, rhodamine 800 dyes and rhodamine 6G in methylmethacrylate are investigated. Peculiarities of the influence of dye and temperature on the dc conductivity and the dielectric permittivity of the materials are determined.
The changes of the membrane-dependent properties of the rabbit erythrocytes after low intensity submillimeter (SMM), green and ultraviolet (UV) laser irradiation with wavelength of 70.6 pm, 532 nm and 337 nm, respectively, were investigated. Parameters of acid hemolysis kinetics: a rate constant and content of lipid peroxidation products in erythrocyte membrane were as an indicator of the erythrocyte...
Single crystals of KDP crystals with embedded Urea molecules and TiO2 nanoparticles have been grown from aqueous solution by the temperature lowering method. The effect of the organic molecules and nanoparticles on the structural and mechanical properties has been studied. It has been observed that addition of Urea molecules improves laser induced damage threshold and mechanical strength of the crystal,...
Dependences of the electrical dc conductivity and microwave relative dielectric permittivity of KH2PO4+CH4N2O crystals on the carbamide concentration are obtained. Features of the influence of the crystal growth sector on the conductivity and microwave dielectric permittivity of the crystals are determined.
The ESR (electron spin resonance) investigation of two types of an oxygen hole center in γ-irradiated DKDP (KD2PO4) single crystals is carried out. The room temperature spin-Hamiltonian constants are determined. The origin of the oxygen hole centers is discussed.
ESR study of the thermally induced transformation of impurity arsenic-containing free radicals produced by γ-rays in KDP single crystals is carried out at 100–150 °C. It is established that the transformation occurs in accordance with the second order kinetics reaction. The activation energy of the transformation is determined.
Electrical dc conductivity and laser damage threshold of pure and urea doped KH2PO4 crystals are investigated. It is found that the crystals with a low electrical conductivity have a high laser damage threshold. It is shown that increase of the resistivity and the laser damage threshold of the crystals realizes by the crystal growth from urea-containing aqueous solutions. The optimum molar value of...
