This contribution solve buckling analysis of different construction of frame supporting beams type "ASTA". These beams are often used in underground civil engineering.
The subject of this paper is obtaining the behaviour of the steel arc tunnel support on its dynamic loading. The problem is formulated by means of FEM with use explicity solve of motion equations. Mathematical model of our problem uses shell structural elements and includes contact nonlinearites. For solving is used sofware product LS-DYNA 3D.
The steel arch tunnel support is damaged and destroied in consequence of rock dump. In our contribution we tried to appreciate influence of stowing on value of critical load. We compared influence of boundary condition of foot arch.
