Topology reconstruction enables optical data center networks (DCNs) to adapt to dynamic traffic patterns, but may interrupt ongoing data transmissions. We propose a cross-layer mechanism to deliver traffic over multiple optical paths and adjust their TCP congestion windows coordinately.
