In this paper, the spectrum sharing cognitive radio network is investigated. For assuming that channels for the secondary network are double Rayleigh fading channels, we derive the exact and the approximate bit error probability. It is shown that the simulation result is similar to analytical result.
In this paper, a performance analysis of amplify-and-forward (AF) relaying cooperative diversity system with relay selection is analyzed when source and destination are moving while relays are access point. We have derived analytical expressions for probability density function (PDF), cumulative distribution function (CDF) and moment generating function (MGF) of end-to-end signal-to-noise ratio (SNR)...
We provide a closed-form BER expression of non-coherent FSK for passive RFID channel with multiple tag antennas, where the channel can be modeled a summation of L double Rayleigh channels. We show a recursive relation of BER and report an asymptotic analysis. The results theoretically reveal that even without space-time coding, equipping multiple antennas at the tag side can significantly improve...
This paper studies the inter-vehicular communication (IVC) system where a vehicle transmits information to another vehicle assisted by an access point (AP), which may be mounted along a street or on a rooftop. The paper first presents the double-Rayleigh fading vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) channel model and the amplify-and-forward (AF) relaying system. And then the optimal power allocation (OPA) solutions...
This paper studies the relay-assisted inter-vehicular communications (IVCs) with double Rayleigh fading vehicle-to-vehicle links. The OPA (optimal power allocation) solution is derived through maximizing source-to-destination channel capacity assuming amplify-and-forward relaying. The outage performance is discussed and the lower bound on outage probability at medium to high SNR (signal-to-noise ratio)...
