This paper analyzes the supply chains of traditional retailing and direct internet with one supplier and two Cournot competitive retailers. The noncoordination mechanisms which are Second-best Mechanism and Stackelberg Mechanism and one coordination mechanism which is Quantity Discount Mechanism are studied.
