An endomicroscope with enhanced signal collection efficiency was developed using customized double-clad fiber and aspherical compound-lens. Ex vivo two-photon fluorescence imaging of epithelial tissues was demonstrated for the first time with an all-fiber-optic scanning endomicroscope.
We presented the fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS) based on two-photon microscopy system to access physical parameters that give rise to fluctuations in fluorescence signal. As given excitation volume, the diffusion coefficient of molecules due to Brownian Movement into or out of excitation volume is determined. Further, depended on autocorrelation analysis based on diffusion coefficients...
We demonstrate a new wavelength-division scanning method for two-photon excitation fluorescence imaging. Two-photon imaging results using lateral wavelength division scanning are presented. Feasibility of axial wavelength division scanning is discussed.
A flexible image guide is excited by femtoseconde pulses. Precompensation of dispersion and nonlinear effects encountered in the waveguide allows the recording of two photon fluorescence endoscopic images of colon cells.
