An immunization strategy is often defined as the choice of a set of individuals who cannot catch nor transmit the disease. The choice is mainly based on the attributes of nodes in the network topology. In BA networks, the spread threshold value of virus is very small, and decreases with the increase of network scale. If the scale of BA network is infinite, the spread threshold value of virus is zero...
In this paper we tackle the Relaxed Traveling Tournament Problem by an artificial immune algorithm. We introduce new moves that allow the algorithm to group byes when it is useful. We have tested the algorithm in the recently proposed instances of the problem, the results obtained are very encouraging.
In this paper we include new components to the Clonal Selection Algorithm to improve its search when solving the Traveling Tournament Problem. We have tested the algorithm in well-known instances of the problem, and the results obtained are very encouraging. They show a new application of an artificial immune algorithm based on the CLONALG framework.
