This paper describes a method for the solution of eigenvalue problems with boundary element method (BEM). The vector boundary integral equation is first presented for the 3-D electromagnetic problems. Then the eigenvalue equation is derived. To compute the eigenvalue, constant elements are adopted in the process of discretizing the boundary of the cavity. Computer programs are designed and the results...
Three approaches have been proposed for improving the accuracy of the inner-point formula of the three-dimensional boundary element method and their performances have been estimated as compared with the regularized inner-point formula. The results of computations show that the proposed approaches are suitable for accurate computations of the numerical solution in the vicinity of the boundary
